To receive a full refund you must cancel your order the same day of purchase. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP to notify us in order to receive the full refund amount. Any cancellation after the fish is shipped will not be considered for a refund.
Refunds will be processed if your order or canceled order meets the condition above. No refunds will be issued on fish that are shipped out unless the fish arrive dead (Check Live Arrival Guarantee).

We take great precautions when it comes to shipping fish. We will do everything humanly possible on our end to make sure the fish arrive alive and well. However, in rare circumstance such as delivery errors/delays by shipping carrier may your fish arrive dead If the unfortunate happens please contact us right away and provide us as much information as possible so we can help you figure out what has gone wrong ,You will get a refund/store credit after we have reviewed your case and determined that you're qualify for the claim. the following terms and conditions will apply
1. Please take picture/video and notify us within the same day to receive your refund/store credit.
2. Shipping fee is non-refundable with no exception.
3. If you decide to give us another chance you will have to pay for shipping fee again.
4.Once the fish is in your water we will not take any responsibilities as we have no control over your water condition so please do your research on how to maintain good water quality before purchasing. There are plenty Youtube videos on how to keep your water clean/cycled for your fish.
5.we not be responsible nor liable for any loss of fish due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, or acts of terrorism.
